With our expertise in laser fusion and conformal cooling technologies garnered over many years, we have contributed to projects and changes in their requirements. Our customers, who are among the most demanding, wish to produce complex technical parts whilst reducing cycle times.<\/p>\n

In this context, we work under a confidentiality contract and seek technical solutions matching their constraints, plastic overmoulding of metal, dual- or three-material moulds, etc.<\/p>\n

We have recently created two dual-material moulds for the medical sector.<\/em><\/p>\n

The manufacture of these two tools – one rotary and one by transfer – further demonstrates the technical prowess and quality that DPH brings to the table.<\/em><\/p>\n

The quality required in this type of tooling means that special attention has to be paid at all manufacturing levels, from design to development on injection press with start-up support on our customer’s premises.<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
